Nominee Mortgages
Papprills can offer mortgage finance through its nominee company, Papprill Hadfield and Aldous Solicitors Nominee Co Limited.
We offer a very competitive rate of interest for a smaller lender, based on prevailing market rates.
All nominee company mortgages must be first mortgages and we do not lend in excess of 66% of the value of the property used as security (based on registered valuation). However, generally eligibility for a nominee mortgage is not based on serviceability.
If you require borrowings in excess of 66% of the value of the property, we are able to recommend other mortgage providers who may lend the remainder of the amount required secured by a second mortgage over the property.
